Summary |
“Found Links” is a unique project, taking place along a number of the TFI Local Link Tipperary bus routes and bringing together traditions in music, print, storytelling and the joys of walking and exploring our own beautiful Tipperary landscapes.   For this project we identified 10 scenic walking trails in Tipperary, all accessible from Local Link bus routes, and connected them with the history, folklore, and music associated with them through a series of broadsides ballads, postcards and audio performances.   The Found Links project pack acts as an aid in exploring the local landscape.  It includes an interactive audio postcard, a set of 10 postcards identifying the location of each of the walks and a list of locations of rubber stamps for each walk. Summary |

‘Local Connections’ is a collaborative project between artists from Print Van Go, travelling print studio and Local Link Tipperary bus service.  Running from August 2020 to October 2020, this Tipperary Creative Ireland project took place along a number of the Local Link Tipperary routes, with invitations to the bus service communities to participate in a series of conversations and printmaking and bookmaking activities in order to promote creativity and storytelling.  Each week a new ‘how to’ creative booklet or zine was produced which was then made available through the bus drivers and at selected bus stops.
